loss of absolute truth. Since the world has shrunk, we have been exposed to a host of value systems, religions, and ways of looking at the world that have left us confused.
To deal with all of these views, modern man has opted for a relative view of truth which says that all of these systems are equally true at the same time. While this seems to be a good solution at first, in that no one is ever wrong and everyone can go home happy, it comes with a high price. For if all views are equally true, then the view you choose has no unique value or meaning.
